The Minority Business RoundTable is a national 501(c)(3) nonprofit convening CEOs across every industry sector — shaping policy, unlocking procurement, and building enduring public-private partnerships since 2002.
MBRT is a national, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization for CEOs of America's multinational businesses — top-tier entrepreneurs representing every industry sector. Members hold positions equivalent to chief executive officer or chairperson in their respective enterprises.
The organization serves as a unified voice, empowering businesses to achieve growth and prosperity through active participation in public and private programs and initiatives, expanding entrepreneurship and creating jobs across America.
MBRT functions as the vehicle for its members to analyze and help formulate effective public policies that impact their businesses. Programs include regional, national, and international conferences; White House and Congressional briefings; and luncheons with Governors, Cabinet Members, and agency leaders in Washington, D.C. and across the United States.

MBRT was founded in 2002 as the first national organization specifically for CEOs of leading Hispanic American, African American, Asian American, and Native American-owned businesses.
The organization's stated mission is to serve as a unified voice for diverse businesses, provide a national and international forum for over 6 million CEOs of diverse firms, and empower businesses to achieve growth and prosperity through participation in public and private programs.

Roger A. Campos is the Chairman and Founder of the Minority Business RoundTable, which he established in 2002 as the first national organization dedicated to CEOs of leading Hispanic, African, Asian, and Native American-owned businesses.
His career spans senior roles in the White House Office of Management and Budget, the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. He later served in Maryland state government — appointed by Governor Larry Hogan as Maryland's first Business Ombudsman, and subsequently as Assistant Secretary for Business Development within the Department of Housing and Community Development.
Recognized as a Purpose Prize Fellow, Campos has been honored nationally for his decades-long advocacy for entrepreneurship and education among minority communities, particularly Hispanic youth.
MBRT's leadership has been recognized across five presidential administrations — a bipartisan testament to the organization's role in shaping minority business development over more than two decades.
