Roger A. Campos, Esq.

Roger A. Campos is the Chairman and Founder of the Minority Business RoundTable, which he established in 2002 as the first national organization dedicated to CEOs of leading Hispanic, African, Asian, and Native American-owned businesses.

His career spans senior roles in the White House Office of Management and Budget, the U.S. Department of Energy, the U.S. Small Business Administration, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture. He later served in Maryland state government — appointed by Governor Larry Hogan as Maryland's first Business Ombudsman, and subsequently as Assistant Secretary for Business Development within the Department of Housing and Community Development.

Campos holds a J.D. from California Western School of Law and a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is the founder of the U.S. Hispanic Youth Entrepreneur & Education Foundation and has been recognized as a Purpose Prize Fellow for his decades-long advocacy for entrepreneurship and education among minority communities.

His work with MBRT has been recognized by five U.S. Presidents — Clinton, Bush, Obama, Trump, and Biden — as well as by former U.S. Treasurer and SBA Administrator Jovita Carranza, who praised his "galvanizing business leaders and legislatures to determine essential deliverables for business growth, equity, and accessibility."
